More extensive work like complete shaft replacements or club rebuilding typically takes 5-7 business days. We offer expedited service for urgent requests at an additional charge.
Yes, we require appointments for all club fitting sessions. This allows us to dedicate our technology and expertise to your session without interruptions. Fitting sessions typically last 90 minutes. You can schedule by calling us at (202) 898-0600 or using the contact form above.
We work with all major golf equipment manufacturers including Titleist, Callaway, TaylorMade, Ping, Mizuno, Cobra, and more. Our technicians are certified to perform warranty work for most brands. If you have a specific question about your clubs, give us a call and we can help determine the best service options.
Bring the clubs you'd like us to work on or discuss. If you're coming for a fitting, bring your current clubs if you have them. For repair consultations, having your clubs with you helps us provide an accurate quote. We also recommend bringing any swing data or preferences you have if you're pursuing custom fitting.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), cash, and digital payments including Apple Pay and Google Pay. For larger purchases, we can arrange financing through our partners. Payment is due at time of service completion.
