Service Refunds
We stand behind the quality of our work and offer a satisfaction guarantee on all our services:
- 30-Day Workmanship Guarantee: All repair work is guaranteed for 30 days from the date of service
- Fitting Satisfaction: If you're not satisfied with your fitting results, we'll re-fit you at no additional cost
- Quality Commitment: If our work doesn't meet our standards, we'll make it right
Product Returns
For products purchased from our shop:
- 30-Day Return Policy: Unused items in original condition can be returned within 30 days
- Grips: Grips must be uninstalled and in original packaging
- Golf Balls: Must be unused and in original packaging
- Headcovers: Must be unused and in original condition
Items must include original receipt and be in resellable condition. Custom ordered items are non-refundable.
Fitting Deposits
Custom fitting appointments require a deposit to secure your time:
- Deposit Required: $50 deposit required for all custom fitting appointments
- Applied to Service: Deposit is applied toward the final fitting cost
- Cancellation: Deposits are refundable with 48 hours notice
- No-Show: Deposits are non-refundable for no-shows
Refund Process
To request a refund or return:
- Contact us within the applicable time frame
- Provide proof of purchase and reason for return/refund
- Follow our return instructions for damaged or unsatisfactory items
- Allow 5-7 business days for processing after we receive returned items
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Non-Refundable Services
The following services and items are non-refundable:
- Installed grips (once installed, no returns)
- Custom ordered equipment
- Services already completed to satisfaction
- Gift cards and certificates
- Shipping and handling fees
Warranty Claims
Our 30-day warranty covers workmanship and parts. To make a warranty claim:
- Bring your clubs back to our shop within 30 days
- Provide proof of service (receipt or service tag)
- We'll inspect and determine if the issue is covered under warranty
- We'll repair or replace the work at no charge if covered
Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
